Overview

The report describes the Group's first ESG materiality assessment, which established priorities around people and communities, science-based climate action and circular business models. Kathmandu reports reaching its carbon-neutral target four years ahead of schedule through Toitū carbonzero certification. Across the brands, the Group also launched Rip Curl's wetsuit take-back programme, expanded supplier improvement work and completed new carbon-footprint measurements.
