Overview

The report presents KOA’s CSR-related initiatives through its five-stakeholder model and corporate mission. The company describes group-wide health and safety activities and employee-development measures, including training taken by more than 1,800 employees. Its Energy Improvement Committee had 20 people in FY2018 and supported more than 100 improvements annually. From 2001 to 2017, KOA reports 1,050 improvements and approximately 7,600 t-CO2 of reductions.
