Overview

The report presents the KOBELCO Group's new Corporate Philosophy, established in May 2020, as the basis for sustainability management and future value creation. It describes Board-level monitoring of sustainability management and a CSR Committee and Executive Council governance cycle. For fiscal 2019, the Group reports 16.5 million tons of CO2 emissions from energy use and sets FY2030 reduction objectives of 1.1 Mt in production processes and 49 Mt through technologies, products, and services.
