Annual Report

The report presents Komax Group's first comprehensive ESG Report integrated into its 2023 Annual Report, covering the consolidated Group and prepared in accordance with GRI Standards and the GHG Protocol. It reports 5,687 tCO2e of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, with a 2028 goal to keep emissions steady despite growth and a 50% renewable-electricity target. The Group reports 3,490 employees, 19% renewable energy share, 1,042 metric tons of waste, and zero occupational fatalities, subject to a stated incomplete-data exclusion. ESG oversight is assigned to a Board Sustainability and Innovation Committee, while overall responsibility remains with the Board.
