Overview

The report presents Komax Group's first ESG Report in accordance with GRI, covering 2023 and using group-wide consolidation aligned to financial reporting. It describes a double materiality analysis, a Board-level Sustainability and Innovation Committee, and 13 targets for 2024–2028. The Group reports 5 687 tCO2e of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, 26 909 MWh of energy consumption, 3 490 employees, and 1 042 metric tons of waste. Scope 3 measurement remains incomplete.
