Corporate Responsibility Report

The report presents KONE's 2012 corporate responsibility performance across environment, safety, people, ethics, economics, and supply chain. It highlights an operational carbon footprint of 290 ktCO2e, a 2.5% reduction in carbon footprint relative to net sales, and 4% green electricity use. KONE reported 39,851 year-end employees, 33% women on the Board of Directors, and obtained limited third-party assurance over Scope 1, Scope 2, and part of Scope 3 emissions.
