Sustainability Report

The report presents KONE's 2016 sustainability performance across resource efficiency, sustainable offerings, employee development and value-chain responsibility. It describes a materiality assessment that updated the sustainability focus areas and reports externally assured Scope 1, Scope 2 and selected Scope 3 emissions. Environmental disclosures include energy, water and waste data, while the workforce table reports 52,152 year-end employees and 16% women in management teams.
