Overview

The report is KONE's first sustainability statement prepared under CSRD and structured around ESRS, using a completed double materiality assessment. It reports a 50% Scope 1 and 2 emissions reduction commitment by 2030 from a 2018 baseline, alongside a carbon-neutral operations pledge. The 2024 disclosures also cover EU Taxonomy alignment, 64,402 employees, 18% renewable energy share, and two work-related employee fatalities.
