Sustainability Progress Report

The report describes Delhaize Group's 2013 sustainability progress, including a Group-wide Sustainability Innovation Fund that awarded €350 000 to eight projects. Waste-reduction initiatives increased the reported average recycling rate to 56%, while the Group achieved a cumulative 9.5% reduction in emissions per square meter against its 2008 baseline.
