Sustainability Report

The report presents Boskalis' strongest-ever 2025 financial performance, with revenue of EUR 4,457 million and EBITDA of EUR 1,336 million. It describes the company's role in advancing the energy transition, protecting communities from climate change and delivering innovative infrastructure. The report targets net zero emissions across its own Scope 1 and 2 operations by 2050 and a 10% reduction in fleet carbon intensity by 2030 relative to 2023. It also reports 11,779 total employees, two operational fatalities and 1.5 million MT of Scope 1 and 2 emissions. Selected sustainability metrics were independently subject to limited assurance by Bureau Veritas.
