Overview

The report presents KPN's first CSRD/ESRS sustainability statement and describes a double materiality-based sustainability program. It reports renewed SBTi validation of net-zero targets covering the value chain by 2040, alongside 2024 gross emissions of 6,208 metric tons CO2e for Scope 1 and 118,356 metric tons CO2e for location-based Scope 2. The company also highlights continued fiber expansion, with 574 thousand households added to the footprint and 63% coverage of Dutch households with fiber.
