Overview

The report presents Philips' first single integrated account of financial, social and environmental performance. In 2008, EcoVision4 focused on energy efficiency and carbon reduction, while the operational carbon footprint was reported at 2,147 kilotons CO2 equivalents. Employee engagement reached 69% favorable, and supplier sustainability activity included 572 risk-supplier audits. KPMG provided limited assurance over the Sustainability performance section.
