Overview

The report presents Philips' 2014 sustainability performance through an integrated financial, social and environmental report. The company reports 1.9 billion lives improved after eliminating double counts, while its operational carbon footprint fell 36% from the 2007 baseline to 1,375 kilotonnes CO2-equivalent. Group employment stood at 113,678 at year-end, and sustainability reporting was prepared in line with the IIRC Integrated Reporting Framework.
