Annual Report

The report describes 2008 as a year of growth, increasing Vopak's worldwide storage capacity by a record 5.3 million cbm. Its sustainability section reports 3,669 employees in subsidiaries and one employee fatality, and begins disclosing energy use and CO2 emissions. Vopak also describes a transition toward a comprehensive sustainability strategy and outlines phased implementation through 2012.
