Overview

The report presents S&T Group's 2021 sustainability priorities through a step-by-step ESG plan, first EU Taxonomy disclosures, and nine identified SDGs. It reports 6,206 FTE employees, 26.3% women in the workforce, and 40% women on the Supervisory Board. Renewable electricity was used at S&T AG sites in Innsbruck, Linz, Graz and Vienna, while photovoltaic systems operated at several sites. The report records 23 work accidents in 2021 but no fatal accidents.
