Sustainability Report

The report presents Korean Air's 2019 sustainability performance across safety, ethics, customer privacy, environment, talent, and social contribution. It highlights the reduction of 6,450,000 single-use plastic products and 2,136 tons of domestic in-flight plastic waste recycled, alongside a 38.9% total waste recycling rate. Environmental data includes 13,291,765 tCO 2 eq from aircraft Scope 1 operations and 65,331 tCO 2 eq from ground Scope 2 operations, with CORSIA emissions monitoring and management implemented.
