Annual Report

The report describes a strong year for the company, with revenue increasing by 26% to EUR 354.9 million and the acquisition of Iisveden Metsä supporting growth in the Sawn Timber Industry. The company prepared a CSRD sustainability report for the first time and disclosed group-level environmental, social and governance information under ESRS. Emissions reporting covered Scopes 1, 2 and 3, with 2025 Scope 3 emissions reported at 187,346 tCO2eq against a 2022 baseline of 168,560 tCO2eq. The report also highlights continued investments in energy efficiency, biodiversity training and circular-economy solutions such as briquette production and recycled wood use.
