Our Impact Plan

The report covers KPMG Switzerland’s FY25 activities under four sustainability pillars. It reports FY25 total GHG emissions of 2,830 tCO2e and a 55 percent reduction ambition by 2030 compared with the 2019 baseline, while all Swiss offices have used renewable electricity since 2021. People highlights include 50 percent female graduate hires, 19 percent female representation among Partners and Directors, and 121 average training hours per employee. The report also records 43 percent supplier Code of Conduct adoption, six pro bono audit engagements, and CHF 1,674,428 in direct donations.
