Overview

The report describes KRP's 2022/23 sustainability performance across its property development operations. It reports 559,262 kWh of total energy consumption, Scope 1 emissions of 17.54 tCO2e, and Scope 2 emissions of 282.61 tCO2e. The Group had an average workforce of 63 employees, reported zero occupational fatalities, and achieved 8.6 average training hours per employee. Sustainability oversight is assigned to the Board, and the ESG report was independently assured by TÜV Rheinland under AA1000AS v3 at a Moderate level.
