Overview

The report presents KRP's 2023/24 sustainability performance for its offices, sales centres and completed real estate projects. It reports total energy consumption of 296,774 kWh and Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions of 15.92 and 138.83 tCO2e, respectively. The Group reports an average workforce of 63 employees in its KPI table, with a 41.3% female share, and describes community activities and charitable support. The ESG report was independently assured by TÜV Rheinland under AA1000AS v3 at a Moderate level.
