Overview

The report presents KTC's 2024 sustainability performance across economic, social, and environmental dimensions, anchored by digital transformation and the three pillars Better Products and Services, Better Quality of Life, and Better Climate. It highlights 1,840 employees, 75% employee engagement, and a 19% reduction in Scope 1 GHG intensity against the 2022 baseline. Environmental disclosures include 3,684 Megawatt-Hours of total energy consumption, 3,719 m3 of water consumption, and 334,109 Kg of waste generated. The report also includes an independent LRQA assurance statement covering selected ESG indicators.
