CSR Annual Report

The report describes the L'OCCITANE Group's 2014 CSR activity, with information relating mainly to its French entities. It highlights environmental initiatives including ISO 14001 certification, eco-designed packaging, waste recovery and reduced air freight. The report also covers responsible sourcing and employee-focused actions, including training, workplace well-being and diversity. Nearly 110 employees from three French sites took part in 27 community projects.
