Environmental, Social and Governance Report

The report presents L'OCCITANE Group's first double materiality assessment and its initial reporting against material ESRS Standards. The company reports FY2025 gross emissions of 3,158 tCO 2 eq for Scope 1, 10,708 tCO 2 eq for location-based Scope 2 and 468,099 tCO 2 eq for Scope 3. The company also reports 11,413 employees, 85% women in the workforce and a 98% living-wage certification rate. Group philanthropic donations more than doubled to €12,439,000, while biodiversity, regenerative agriculture and circularity remained central priorities.
