Auditor's Report

The report presents ROVI Group's 2024 sustainability reporting under the voluntary CSRD and ESRS framework, including double materiality, EU Taxonomy, climate, resource, workforce and governance information. It reports 79,728.26 MWh of total energy consumption, gross Scope 1 emissions of 9,565.80 tCO2eq, location-based Scope 2 emissions of 9,243.18 tCO2eq and Scope 3 emissions of 12,099.63 tCO2eq. Water consumption was 227,272.23 m3 and total headcount was 2,197, while work-related fatalities were zero. KPMG Auditores, S.L. provided limited assurance over the NFIS and sustainability reporting.
