Limited Assurance Report Issued by an Assurance Provider on the Consolidated Non-Financial Information Statement (NFIS) and Sustainability Reporting

The report describes ROVI's 2025 sustainability performance across climate, energy, water and workforce topics. The company established 2035 GHG reduction targets of 63% for Scopes 1 and 2 and 66% for Scope 3, with future SBTi validation planned. It reported 80,578.98 MWh of total energy consumption, 42.52% renewable energy, 219,099.20 m3 of water consumption and 7,779.50 t of waste generated, alongside 2,232 employees at year-end.
