Overview

The report describes Lancashire's 2022 ESG strategy, including Board oversight through the ESG governance structure and reporting against TCFD and UNEP FI Principles. Group headcount rose to 338, with women representing 29.0% of the LHL Board. The Group reported 2,407.7 tCO2e of gross Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions for its changed July 2021-June 2022 period and offset its calculated market-based emissions with verified credits. It also maintained a 15% per-FTE reduction target by 2030 and a net-zero target for 2050.
