Annual Report

The report describes a sustainability focus on customer experience, technological and operational excellence, trust and team spirit, community development, and a sustainable bottom line. It reports scholarships for 70 underprivileged students and support for community education and health. Environmental practices include environmental due diligence, energy-saving bulbs, and an email-based customer-statement system intended to reduce paper use.
