Annual Report

The report describes CSR as integrated into operations across eight topics, including fair conduct, anti-corruption, human rights, workforce, environmental responsibility, and community development. It reports CAC certification and anti-corruption training during 2017. Environmental actions included dust and wastewater controls at Ayutthaya and rehabilitation of Indonesian mining sites, alongside environmental and safety awards. The group reported 735 employees at year-end and six average training hours per person for management and other employees.
