Overview

The report describes LANXESS's 2019 corporate responsibility performance across climate, workforce, safety, water and waste. It reports 15,479 core-workforce employees, no fatal accidents, 3,058 thousand metric tons of total Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions, and a climate-neutrality ambition for 2040. It also reports 15.2 million cubic meters of water consumption and 1,718.2 thousand metric tons of waste, while targeting a 65% CO2e reduction by 2025 versus 2004.
