Overview

The report presents L&T's first sustainability disclosure for 2007-08, covering five operating divisions and independently assured sustainability information. It reports 25,676 employees, approximately 3,433,438 m3/year of water consumption, and 40 project-location fatalities alongside detailed social initiatives. Energy disclosures include 3,980,781 GJ/year of direct energy and 394,864 GJ/year of indirect energy.
