Annual Report

The report presents L&T's first ESRS sustainability report for 2025 and covers the Group's circular economy operations in Finland and Sweden. It sets a company-wide net-zero target for 2045, with at least a 90% absolute emissions reduction across Scopes 1, 2 and 3. Renewable sources represented 31% of energy consumption, while the recycling rate was 49.8% for all materials received and 61.8% for separately collected and sorted fractions. The sustainability report was subject to limited assurance by PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy.
