Sustainability Report

Overview

The report describes the Group's first sustainability materiality analysis, which narrowed priorities to eight material sustainability topics. It reports a 1,587-person workforce at 31 December 2022, with an almost 50/50 split between men and women, alongside 754 new hires. The Group quantified 5,259 tCO2e of FY2022 emissions, with Scope 3 accounting for 4,654 tCO2e.
