The report describes LATAM's sustainability strategy as eight priority areas and highlights a commercial biofuel flight and LAN's reported CO2 emissions per unit transported. It reports a group-wide year-end workforce of 53,599 employees and substantial employee training. TAM also describes expanding in-flight waste separation across its domestic network.
