Overview

The report presents LATAM's 2019 financial and non-financial performance as an integrated account of the Group's operations and sustainability agenda. It highlights recognition as one of the world's three most sustainable airlines, 74.2 million passengers transported, and a workforce of 41,729 employees. The Group reports a total carbon footprint of 12,386,323 t CO2e and describes fuel-efficiency, offsetting, recycling, and renewable-energy initiatives.
