Overview

The report describes how LATAM maintained connectivity and provided extensive pandemic support while aviation operations were severely reduced. It reports a total carbon footprint of 5,655,551 tons of CO2e, down 54% from 2019, alongside 218,520.59 TJ of total energy consumption and substantial waste reductions. The workforce snapshot reports 28,396 employees, while the consolidated financial statements separately report 29,115 people at year-end. The sustainability disclosures were subject to limited independent assurance by Deloitte against the GRI Standards.
