Overview

The report presents LSK's FY 2025 sustainability performance through expanded GHG, energy, water and waste disclosures. It reports zero workplace fatalities, 1,302 training hours and a 395-strong workforce, alongside circularity initiatives that repurposed latex scraps into rebound foam. The report also establishes divisional carbon-intensity targets for 2030 and a Mattress Division combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 zero-emissions target for 2050.
