The report covers Legal & General's 2019 Build Back Better strategy, organised around net zero, a better society and responsible business. It reports 8,500 global employees, 146,355 MWh of total energy use, 46,164 tCO2e of total carbon and 31,033 tonnes of group waste. The company describes a 2050 net-zero carbon commitment, publishes TCFD reporting, and maps seven priorities to SDGs 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11 and 13.
