Annual Report and Accounts

The report presents Legal & General's 2020 performance across inclusive capitalism, climate action and workforce diversity. It sets a Group balance-sheet portfolio carbon-intensity reduction target of half by 2030 and a net-zero carbon ambition for 2050. It also reports a 40,344 tCO2e operational footprint including Scope 1, Scope 2 and selected Scope 3 sources, with homeworking and serviced offices newly identified as Scope 3. The workforce section reports 45% female representation across the Group and describes the Global Diversity and Inclusion Council.
