The report presents Legal & General's inclusive capitalism purpose and its 2022 social-impact work across financial wellbeing, better communities, healthcare, customer support and responsible business. It reports 11,520 employees at 31 December 2022, with women holding 42% of Group Board positions. Other highlights include £2.3 million donated to charitable causes and a 22.4% aggregate median gender pay gap. Deloitte provided limited assurance over selected group gender and ethnicity representation and the median gender pay gap.
