Overview

The report describes Legal & General's 2023 social impact across financial wellbeing, community investment and responsible business. It reports £3.4 million of UK civil society giving and more than 9,000 employee volunteering hours, alongside a global workforce of 11,546 people. Diversity progress includes 46.5% female workforce representation and 42% of Board members being female. Deloitte independently provided limited assurance over selected group representation and pay-gap metrics.
