Overview

The report presents L&G's 2025 strategy as focused on becoming a growing, simpler and better-connected Group while investing for long-term social and economic outcomes. It describes a refreshed sustainability review covering material sustainability-related impacts, risks and opportunities, with a revised Group sustainability strategy expected to be reviewed in 2026. Operational scope 1 and location-based scope 2 emissions were 19,921 tCO2e, while total energy use was 100,314,000 kWh. Governance disclosures show the Board remains accountable for environmental matters and that women represented 42% of the Board at 31 December 2025.
