Annual Report

The report says Lendlease returned to statutory and operating profit in FY25 after a substantial prior-year loss. It reports more than $2.5b of capital recycling initiatives announced or completed and the divestment of its international construction operations. Sustainability milestones included achieving Net Zero for Scope 1 and 2 emissions and reaching the 100% renewable electricity goal five years early. The company reports creating $284.6m of social value globally, exceeding its $250m target.
