Overview

The report is Lenovo's seventh annual sustainability report for FY 2012/13 and presents consolidated global metrics: 35,026 employees, 3,595 MT CO2e Scope 1 emissions, 100,641 MT CO2e Scope 2 emissions, 509,707.35 Gigajoules of energy, 602,155 cubic meters of water use and 20,101.34 Metric Tons of operational waste generated. Bureau Veritas verified the GHG, energy, waste and water data at a reasonable assurance level, while future emissions milestones target 16% reduction by 2016 and 20% by 2020.
