Annual Report and Accounts

The report describes Lenta's CSR agenda through six pillars covering customers, local sourcing, the environment, communities, health and safety, and employees. It reports spending RUB 600 million on store environmental improvements in 2014 and describes recycling arrangements, reusable eco-bags, and energy-efficiency upgrades. It also reports 818,000 employee training hours and an average of 31 training hours per employee.
