Sustainability in Action

The report presents Leonardo's 2023 sustainability performance across climate, energy and social impact. It describes SBTi-validated targets, including a 53% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 absolute GHG emissions by 2030, and reports total Scope 1, 2 market-based and Scope 3 emissions of 6.050.963 tons of CO2e. The report also highlights 85% renewable electricity, 5,311 TJ of energy consumption and 6,118 new hires, with 43% holding STEM degrees.
