Sustainability Report

The report presents LG Display's 2011 sustainability activities and performance across environmental, social, and economic areas. It highlights 827,453 tCO2e of reported GHG-emission reductions, company-wide GESH management and certifications, and a workforce of 58,858 employees. The report also describes a 40% per-unit-production GHG-reduction target under the LG Green 2020 initiative and extensive employee, supplier, and community programs. Sustainability information was independently assured by BSI, while LRQA separately verified direct and energy-indirect GHG emissions and energy use.
