Environmental Report

The report presents LG Electronics' 2011 environmental performance across global and Korean operations, including 1,316 K Ton CO2e of greenhouse gas emissions and 9,436 TJ of energy use. It highlights 188,264 tons of e-waste collected, 3,298 tons of post-consumer recycled plastic used, and 406 ENERGY STAR-certified product models. The report also describes 2020 GHG reduction targets and includes independent assurance by Two Tomorrows under AA1000AS (2008).
