Overview

The report describes Linde India's 2017 business-responsibility policies and performance across ethics, human rights, employee well-being, environmental responsibility, stakeholder engagement and CSR. It reports 735 employees on payroll at year-end, alongside 1,301 temporary/contractual employees, and notes initiatives including water recycling, rainwater harvesting and energy-efficiency work. The company spent Rs.3.77 million on CSR projects in education, health, environment and livelihood, while reporting 1,266 customer complaints, of which 69 remained pending at year-end.
