Overview

The report explains how the company coordinates corporate social responsibility across the Group through a dedicated CSR Steering Group. It reports 2009 electricity consumption of 101 943 MWh, water consumption of 199 673 cubic metres, and a 92 per cent recycling efficiency rate for the Group's Finnish operations. It also highlights responsible-importing controls, including supplier inspections and membership in the Business Social Compliance Initiative.
