Overview

The report introduces the Group's first common CSR strategy and describes its implementation across divisions. It reports 16,184 personnel at year-end and 184 supplier-factory audits in 2010. Environmental disclosures include 151,223 MWh of electricity, 211,678 m3 of water consumption and a GHG Protocol-based carbon footprint. The report also states that no third-party review was obtained.
